Fixed scope for a fixed fee. No hourly billing and no change orders. Payment comes after the intro call, once we both agree it's worth doing.

Do I pay now?

No. The call comes first. If we agree the assessment fits, you get a payment link then.

What if you decide we don't need it?

We'll say so on the call and you'll have spent nothing. That happens, and it's a better outcome than selling you a report you can't use.

Who owns the report?

You do. Hand it to your own team or another vendor if you'd rather. It's written so they can act on it.
