Four Ways to Reach
Production
Four engagements that get a system running, keep it honest, or tell you plainly when to stop. Every price is on this page.
Readiness & Integration Assessment
A written plan covering what to build and what oversight it needs, delivered before anyone writes code.
$3,500 flat DetailsAI / Agent Implementation
We build the system and hand it over running, with the controls that keep it in bounds.
$15,000 – $50,000 DetailsPilot Rescue
Something got built and it isn't working. We find out why and tell you whether it's worth saving.
$5,000 diagnostic DetailsManaged Agent Operations
Agents in production need watching. We handle budgets, approvals, incidents and model routing.
$2,500 – $5,000 / month DetailsAI Readiness & Integration Assessment
The costly mistake in AI is building the wrong thing competently. This engagement gives you a written answer to what your business should automate first, what it should leave alone for now, and what has to be in place for either decision to hold up once real work runs through it.
What You Get
- An audit of the tools, data and processes you run today
- A roadmap ordered by payback and risk, so you know what to do first
- An oversight design covering approvals, spend limits, escalation and how to stop it
- A scoped implementation proposal with fixed pricing
- The processes where AI is the wrong tool, and the reasoning behind that call
What Happens Next
The report is yours either way. Ask us to build it and the roadmap becomes the implementation scope, so you don't sit through discovery a second time. Hand it to your own team or another vendor instead and it's written so they can act on it.
AI / Agent Implementation
We build the system, wire it into the tools you already use, and hand it over running. What separates a demo from something your business can lean on is mostly unglamorous work: evaluation, error handling, access control, spend limits, and a person in the loop at the points where that matters. All of that comes with the build.
Focused Build: $15,000 to $25,000
- One workflow or agent, built end to end
- Integration with your existing systems, whether that's your CRM, comms, storage or billing
- An evaluation harness so you can tell whether it's working
- Oversight controls: approval gates, spend caps, audit trail
- Handover documentation and a walkthrough with your team
- Thirty days of support after launch
Operations Build: $25,000 to $50,000
- Everything in the Focused Build, across several linked workflows
- The full governance stack: approval queue, predictive budget gating, stop switch, model routing per job
- Role-based access, with read-only boundaries around anything sensitive
- Operational dashboards and reporting
- Runbooks for the failure modes we expect in your environment
What Happens Next
Both tiers get scoped from the assessment, so the price is settled before work starts. Most clients move to managed operations afterwards. Nothing about the build depends on that, though. The system is yours, documented, and your team can run it.
Pilot Rescue
You paid for an AI system. It demoed well. Now it produces output nobody trusts, or it costs far more than anyone predicted, or people quietly stopped using it months ago. We come in, find the actual cause, and give you a straight recommendation. That includes the recommendation most vendors will not make.
What You Get
- A root-cause diagnosis covering model, data, prompting, architecture or process. It's usually not the cause you were given
- Analysis of what it's spending and where the money goes
- A verdict: fix it, rebuild it, or stop
- Costed options for every path worth taking, so you make the call with numbers in front of you
- A scoped fix proposal at implementation pricing, if it's salvageable
What Happens Next
Stopping is a real outcome and we will say so when the evidence points there. You're under no obligation to hire us for the fix, and the diagnosis is written so another team can pick it up.
Managed Agent Operations
Leave an agent system alone and it drifts. Costs creep up. Prompts go stale as the business changes around them. Models get deprecated under you. The approval queue fills with items nobody reviews. This retainer covers the ongoing work that keeps a production system worth trusting.
What's Included
- Monitoring and incident response for agent runs
- Spend caps with predictive gating, checked against what you're actually using
- Approval queue triage, so the decisions that need you reach you and the rest don't
- Model routing kept current as pricing and capability shift
- Prompt and playbook maintenance as your processes change
- A written monthly report: what ran, what it cost, what needs your attention
What Happens Next
The initial term is three months, which is roughly how long it takes before the operating picture tells you anything useful. After that it runs month to month. Take operations in-house whenever you like. The runbooks are yours already.

Not Sure Which One You Need?
Most engagements start with the assessment, because it lets you decide with evidence rather than on a sales call. Book a free half hour and we'll tell you which service fits, or that none of them do.
